ARP CIP Automation Package
We control the process.
Allen-Bradley controls. IFM instrumentation. Grundfos pumps. Automated chemical dosing. Cycle records. Remote monitoring.
A CIP control system runs each cleaning circuit through its rinse, wash, and sanitize stages and records what happened. It controls pumps, valves, and chemical dosing, and it checks flow, temperature, and conductivity against your recipe. ARP builds that system as one package, for a new CIP system or for an upgrade of the one you already have.

ARP supplies the controls and automation package: the Allen-Bradley control panel, PLC/HMI programming, instrumentation, pumps and dosing as selected, data, dashboards, drawings, and FAT. In certain applications, ARP can also provide the pump skid. ARP integrates with process piping, tanks, and other mechanical equipment from you, your OEM, or your fabricator.
What the ARP CIP Automation Package includes
Dedicated CIP control panel
An Allen-Bradley PLC control panel built for your CIP circuits, with electrical drawings and FAT before shipment.
Sequence and recipe control
PLC and HMI programming for your own stages, recipes, and endpoints, including valve routing for each circuit.
Pump, VFD, and dosing control
Supply and return pumps, VFD speed control, and automatic chemical dosing driven by your recipe.
Process monitoring
Conductivity, flow, temperature, pressure, and level monitoring with IFM sensors, over IO-Link where it helps.
Cycle verification and alarms
Each stage is checked against its limits, and alarms are raised when flow, temperature, or conductivity isn’t reached.
Records, metrics, remote monitoring
ARP’s own dashboard and monitoring platform talks natively to Allen-Bradley PLCs: cycle history, reports, alerts, water and chemical usage, and remote support when your IT team approves the setup.
New CIP system or retrofit
New CIP system
Your mechanical builder supplies the skid, tanks, and piping. ARP supplies the controls, instruments, pumps and dosing as selected, and programming. Start by describing the circuits and recipes in the builder.

What is a CIP control panel?
A CIP control panel is the PLC panel that runs the clean-in-place sequence: it starts pumps, opens valves, doses chemical, and checks each stage against its limits.
It usually holds the PLC, I/O, drives or starters, network switches, and power supplies, and it connects to an HMI where operators pick recipes and see alarms.
What equipment is needed for a CIP system?
A CIP system needs tanks or a water supply for each solution, a supply pump, a return path, automated valves, chemical dosing, sensors, and a controller.
The mechanical parts (tanks, piping, spray devices) come from your equipment supplier. The controls tie them together. Use the builder to list yours.
What PLC should be used for CIP?
Choose the PLC from the I/O count, network devices, and data needs of your CIP system. Don’t choose it by habit.
The builder gives you a preliminary I/O count. ARP’s PLC sizing calculator then picks the Allen-Bradley controller.
What HMI features are useful for CIP?
Recipe selection, a live cycle overview, alarm history, trends, and cycle reports are the HMI features CIP operators use most.
Maintenance, sensor and pump diagnostics, valve status, and user access levels help maintenance and quality teams. You choose the features in the builder.
Frequently asked questions
Does ARP build the CIP skid, tanks, or piping?
No. ARP supplies the controls and automation package and integrates with mechanical equipment from you, your OEM, or a sanitary fabricator.
Can ARP upgrade an existing CIP system?
Yes. ARP can replace or upgrade the controls on an existing CIP system, add sensors and dosing, and add cycle records. Send your existing drawings with your request.
Which brands does the ARP CIP package use?
Allen-Bradley controls, plus instrumentation and pumps from premium vendors ARP works with, such as IFM and Grundfos. ARP selects the exact models for each application during engineering.
How fast can ARP deliver?
