CAN I REQUEST A CHANGE TO ONE OF THE STANDARD DESIGNS?

Yes.  Please use the Contact Us page and let us know your request.  If the design is what we would consider a standard variation of the product we offer, we will post the new design in 24 hours or less for you to purchase.  If the changes are custom for your application needs, 1 hour of free engineering is supplied with each purchased panel.  If more time is needed, more can be purchased on our website.

DOES THE SOFTWARE WORK COMPLETELY WITH MY SYSTEM AFTER IT IS INSTALLED?

No.  The programming is approximately 85% – 90% complete, but requires specifics of your application to be placed in it.  Please let us know if you would like help added this specific logic.  One hour of engineering time is included with every standard panel.  If more is needed, you can purchase more programming time on our website.

CAN I ORDER SPARE PARTS FROM AUTOMATION READY PANELS?

Yes.  Please us the Contact Us page and let us know your request.  Include shipping and expedite expectations.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN THE UNUSED, UNPOWERED, UNDAMAGED PANEL?

CAN I HAVE AN ENGINEER TRAVEL TO MY LOCATION TO HELP WITH STARTUP OR FURTHER PROGRAMMING?

Unfortunately ARP’s business model does not support our designers traveling, but we are available for remote support either by phone or by portable cellular modem.  One hour of engineering time is available for requests like this with all product orders.  Please Contact Us if you believe you will need more.  Hours are available for purchase as well on our website.

DOES THE PANEL COME WITH DRAWINGS OR A USER MANUAL?

Yes.  Both are included for the standard designs.  Custom changes may require custom changes to the drawings or user manual to more accurately reflect the final programming/installation.  One hour of engineering time is available for requests like this with all product orders.  Please Contact Us if you believe you will need more.  Hours are available for purchase as well on our website.

ARE ALL ARP DESIGNS IN STOCK AND READY FOR SHIPPING?

Sometimes.  High volume designs are kept partially assembled and ready.  Configurable designs are stocked as sub-assemblies and are partially build and ready to finish.  Low volume designs still have a quick turnaround but are not stocked.  ARP’s business model supports an on-demand/product warehouse hybrid operating system.

DOES ARP ACCEPT CREDIT OR EXTEND TERMS?

In order to keep costs and overhead low, our business model allows for online direct purchases only.  If credit is required, there is an option to sign up for PayPal credit during checkout.  We hope this will meet the needs of our new and valued customers.
