Why Choose Automation Ready Panels Based on our Allen-Bradley PLC Programming?

We design our Allen-Bradley PLC Programming using Rockwell Automation’s Studio 5000 and Connected Components Workbench software. This software has features that allow for modular and scalable code, so that the end user finds it easy to expand their systems over time as production or other needs require.

Purchasing a control panel with this type of software from Automation Ready Panels has these advantages:

  • Lowest Total Cost of Ownership: We design using off-the-shelf code snippets supplied for free from Rockwell Automation. Any Controls Engineer that knows Rockwell Software will be able to recognize the code and work faster to resolve your issues or change your code. You can also contact Rockwell Automation directly for help.
  • By using reusable code blocks, reusable graphics, reusable data types, and ISA88 style machine code when possible, the code is very scalable and modular. PLC logic (in most cases) includes plenty of extras like date/time, OEE, Cycle Timers, System/Motor Run Timers, etc. (See the About Our Software section below for more details).
  • The design and workmanship will be top quality. We design well structured code programming. This means every rung is commented, every tag is well named using industry standard tag naming conventions, and programs are laid out using periodic routines (where possible). Our programming process includes a peer review quality check. This minimizes the chance for code errors and rework. The result is consistent, high quality programming.
