Analog Outputs

ARP Logo - Header

Analog Outputs can be programmed in the Analog_Outputs program (highlighted blue below).  Each output has a SCALER programming block.  The tag on the right is the actual PLC input tag.  The SCALER block is the block that scales the Engineering Units value to the raw electrical signal to for the output device.  For examples of analog output scaling, see Wiring Analog Inputs section.  On the left-hand side, the top tag is tag that is used throughout the PLC logic when needed.

Note – Be sure to set the Initial Values for Cfg_Scalor1MinRaw, Cfg_Scalor1MaxRaw, Cfg_Scalor1MinEU, Cfg_Scalor1MaxEU in the Global Variables to the correct scaling numbers required.
